You get what you pay for - both is a lot
Meautifully machined fittings and smoothly operating problem hooks. They work great for Dyneema lifelines. Defender had the best price anywhere for them, and delivery to the Pacific Northwest was easy. Still very expensive for what you get, but I expect then to work as intended for a long time

Are the threaded studs on these made of stainless or aluminum?
Entire unit is stainless. I have these on my boat.
