The C.S. Johnson Replacement Over Center Snap Gate Pelican Hook - Body Only is designed to replace an existing hook with the same thread size and direction.

Great Snap gate pelican hooks!
Work so much more easily then my old ones. No more tugging on the ring so hard it hurts your fingers. Going to order a few more!

Excellent Investment
No more complaints from those with smaller hands. They release under load and clamp under load. Excellent investment. All other designs should be melted down and remade.

Questions
Does this come with a locking nut?
I don't believe so. If I remember correctly, I used the nuts from the previous one. I believe they are standard size though.
