How can the 5/8 pin toggle working load be less than the associated wire size which is roughly 15-16 thousand pounds? Your spec sheet indicates 5800 lbs. That must be a mistake.
If it is a manufacturer’s spec it might have something to do with the metallurgy of the piece. Possibly pieces that are cast or forged have a higher strength than ones that require bending of bar stock.
