Extremely Poor Quality, Returned Immediately
This hatch is made out of the flimsiest plastic. We doubted it would survive a single season without cracks or breaks. The plastic also came scratched showing immediate signs of poor quality. We'd rather spend time and effort rewelding and fixing our 50 year old aluminum hatch than spend this much money on a brand new sub par hatch.

Lasted 10 years
The frame is molded plastic and the lens is acrylic, but it did last 10 years. The handles broke when an attempt was made to open. Also, the gasket does not seal completely and leaks all over the berth which is under. It is somewhat economical, but I would choose a hatch that is better quality (the warranty is only one year).
