Each is intentionally designed for the sew to be the mode of failure in an ultimate tensile test to ensure the hook doesn't break and become a dangerous projectile. BoatBuckle's 2" boat winch straps feature 5500 lbs polyester webbing and an 8000 lbs forged steel snap hook. Includes a free replacement bolt and nut for your winch drum.
