Features:

  • The Bird Repeller is a solar powered bird deterrent that uses continuous motion to prevent large pest birds such as seagulls, pigeons, and crows, from landing
  • Rotating "arms" mounted on top of the unit sweep birds off of streetlights, balconies, boats, AC units and more
  • Can be mounted on flat or angled surfaces
  • The (2) Adjustable "arms" cover up to 5 feet in diameter by turning continuously at 30 RPM's
  • Birds will be frightened by the movement and want to avoid the area

Questions

How much does it weigh? How long doe batery back up last? I plan on placing on my canvas bimini on my Surfhunter. I will use cord to keep it centered and not blow off. Ideally, battery back up will last through calm periods of several hours . Thx

It weighs not quite 2 pounds.  It needs to be attached securely to surface, wind blows ours into the pool.  Mine starts turning when the sun shines directly on it and doesn’t stop until after sun down.
