Description
The V-Grip is an Antal-patented system for rope locking that works by exerting pressure on 3 sides of the line with higher friction and, consequently, with lower pressure in order not to damage line covers.
Note: Consider choosing the clutch with smaller range size for maximum holding when using with Hi-tech lines, due to new jackets and coatings. This does not apply to standard double braid polyester lines.

what is the hole spacing to the centerline of the hole pattern I need 2 3/4"
Hello, The holes on center are 105mm = 4 9⁄64" The Spinlock xtr, xtx look like they will fit the holes. You would need to decide if they meet your load, line size, usage needs etc..

My lurch is slipping. Can it be adjusted?
Per the vendor, slip is generally indicative of another issue. If the size of the line going through the clutch went down, either through replacement or general degradation, you may need to replace the cam to the appropriate size. The other potential issue is that the cam may have a build up of line fibers in it - this could be fixed by taking the clutch apart and cleaning it out. What is the case made out of? Is it aluminum or stainless steel?
