Are these lights dimmable?
They are not as far as I know. They are hooked up to 12 volt light switch in the cabin of our boat. I don’t think the LED’s in the 12v versions can be dimmed. The manufacturer can possibly answer this accurately.

How many lumens does this light produce?
I don't know how many lumens the light produces, I purchased them about 2 yrs ago. What I can tell you is I have (4) I use in various areas of my boat (main cabin, Head, Aft cabin) and they work great, are very bright which is why I purchased them. The older incandescent lights (factory lights) were just not bright enough and these definitely solved the problem.
