Adler/Barbour quick-connect adapters allow pre-2011 ColdMachines to work with the new quick connect evaporators. This allows the compressor and evaporator to be disconnected and re-connected without loosing refrigerant.

- The new quick connect fittings have a positive seal that reduces the likelihood of refrigerant escaping from the sealed system
