Is it possible to suspend the boat on davits using hooks on the floor or transom?
Yes you can. There are pre-drilled holes in the transom that you can install lifting eyes in, and there are two D-rings up in the bow that can be used for lifting (see photo)

Is the aluminum hull for the subject dinghy ‘V’ shaped exterior, flat interior to the boat?
The Hull is PVC Fabric. The Floor Panels are Aluminum, which would be flat to walk on. The Air Keel that creates the "V" is below the Aluminum Panels between that and the PVC Fabric of the bottom of the boat.
