History of Sea-Dog

Sea-Dog gained its name after the company's founder, Hans Broson Sneve, began showcasing his wares on a sea vessel, the M.V Sea-Dog. Traveling the Pacific Coast from Alaska to Mexico, Sneve and his crew would visit all ports, hosting open houses for local mariners. While the boat was sold in the mid-30s, the company's dedication to providing quality marine hardware has remained, earning the trust of customers since the 1920s.
