Interlux Epoxy Primekote Primer

Interlux Epoxy Primekote is a two-part primer that is the recommended primer for use with two-part finishes such as Interlux Perfection® Polyurethane. This primer may be used under all Interlux topside finishes.

Features:

• White, 2-part epoxy primer
• Suitable under all Interlux topside finishes
• Can be used to re-surface cracked and crazed gelcoat prior to the application of topside paint
• Can be used over clear epoxies as a sanding surfacer and to eliminate the effects of amine blush
• Ideal for priming bilge and locker areas
• Application by spray or roller and brush

• Recommended WFT per coat: 3.6 mils wet
• Application methods: Airless spray, brush, conventional spray, roller
• Dry to touch:
  • 3 hours @ 50°F (10°C)
  • 2.5 hours @ 59°F (15°C)
  • 2 hours @ 73°F (23°C)
  • 1 hour @ 95°F (35°C)
• Overcoat:
  • 12 hours @ 50°F (10°C)
  • 10 hours @ 59°F (15°C)
  • 8 hours @ 73°F (23°C)
  • 6 hours @ 95°F (35°C)
• Do not apply over 1-part paints
